Psychotherapy is a confidential, collaborative process where you and your therapist explore thoughts, feelings, patterns and experiences. Sessions at Stillwell are held virtually via secure video — from wherever you are in Ontario.

If something isn't quite right — even if you can't name it yet — therapy can help. A free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure way to explore whether we're a good fit.

The first session is an initial assessment where we get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy and begin to understand what you're hoping to work on. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for.

This varies for everyone. Some people find significant relief in 8–12 sessions. Others prefer longer-term support. We always work at a pace that feels right for you.

Official receipts are provided for all sessions. Most benefit plans covering Registered Psychotherapists will reimburse you directly. Please check your plan details.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please enquire during your free consultation.
